Privacy notice
This describes how this website handles personal data today. It is written so a procurement or security reviewer can check it against the product: on-premise OTA, keys on site, tools that never leave the browser.
Who is responsible
Ariel Hadad (MoreOTA). Contact: contact@moreota.com. Work is remote worldwide; on-site only in Israel. There is no separate company number published here — you contract with Ariel Hadad.
What this site collects
Enquiries. If you email contact@moreota.com (or a future form that posts to the same practice), we receive what you send: typically name, work email, organisation, role, and the technical problem. Lawful basis: steps toward a contract, and legitimate interest in answering a B2B request you initiated.
Tools. Packet decoder, PoR lookup and Terminal Profile parsing run locally. Hex you paste is not uploaded. Disconnect the network after load and they still work.
Hosting logs. The host that serves moreota.com may keep ordinary web-server logs (IP, user-agent, URL, time) for security and abuse. We do not run our own analytics tag on top of that.
Cookies and ads. This site does not set tracking cookies and does not load Google Analytics, Meta, or LinkedIn Insight tags. No cookie banner is shown because there is nothing to consent to. If ads or analytics are added later, this page will say so, and a consent choice will sit in front of those tags — required for EU/UK and Israeli Amendment 13 practice.
What we do not want
Do not send OPC/Ki, OTA keysets, card dumps, or subscriber databases to this website or to the enquiry mailbox. Describe the estate; keep secrets on site. That is the same rule as the product.
What we use enquiry data for
- Reply to the request and run the technical call
- Quote or scope a project if both sides want that
- Keep a minimal record of who we already spoke to
We do not sell lists, and we do not add you to a newsletter unless you ask. Follow-up on a live enquiry is ordinary B2B correspondence, not a marketing blast.
Who else sees it
Email is processed by the mailbox provider behind contact@moreota.com. LinkedIn is a separate service if you contact via that profile — their rules apply there. A future form host (if formEndpoint is configured) would be named here before it goes live. Project work may sit under an NDA you provide.
How long we keep it
Enquiry mail is kept as long as the discussion or a resulting contract needs it, then deleted or archived with the project file. You can ask for access, correction or deletion at contact@moreota.com. We will respond within 30 days where the GDPR or Israeli Privacy Protection Law (including Amendment 13) applies to that request.
International
The practice is in Israel. If you are in the EU/UK, sending an enquiry is a transfer you initiate. Israel has an EU adequacy decision for many transfers; mailbox providers may still process mail on other infrastructure. Say if you need a DPA before a project — that is a project document, not this website.
Questions we get from operators
- Do the online tools upload my OTA packets or keys?
- No. The packet decoder, PoR status lookup and Terminal Profile analyser run in your browser. Nothing from those tools is sent to a MoreOTA server.
- Does MoreOTA receive operator OPC/Ki or OTA keys through this website?
- No. MoreOTA is installed on-premise. Keys stay with the operator. Do not paste production keys into email or the tools.
- Does this site use cookies or advertising pixels?
- Not today. There is no analytics tag, no advertising pixel and no cookie banner, because nothing is being set. If that changes, this notice will be updated first.
