Scoped to the estate — not a platform fee on SMS you already own.
Migration without swap
IMSI, MSISDN, PLMN and brand moves on a live UICC estate — counters, half-applied updates and unreachable cards.

FAQ
Questions
- What is MoreOTA?
- An on-premise OTA server for live SIM estates: RFM (remote file management) and RAM (remote applet management) over SMS with SCP80. Mixed card vendors in one campaign. OPC/Ki and OTA keys stay on the operator site. Work around it is scoped — migration, campaign rescue, validation, custom applets — priced on effort and estate risk, not a platform fee on SMS you already own.
- Who is MoreOTA for?
- Mobile network operators (MNOs — the big carriers), mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs — brands that run on another network’s radio), IoT connectivity providers, SIM vendors and bureaus, and integrators who run a SIM programme — especially mixed card vendors, generations and key sets in one campaign.
- What success rate can MoreOTA reach?
- MoreOTA is built for robustness and transparency. With the predefined retry campaigns and custom retry campaigns keyed to error codes, you can reach about 95% of available subscribers — those registered on the network, not absent. In a recent campaign we managed end-to-end, we reached around 98%. Absent or unreachable cards are a different population and need their own window.
- Do the website tools upload my packets or keys?
- No. The packet decoder, PoR (Proof of Receipt) lookup and Terminal Profile analyser run in your browser. Nothing is uploaded. Do not paste production keys. MoreOTA itself is on-premise, so operator keys never come to this website. See the privacy notice.
- Where do I start if a campaign is failing?
- MoreOTA ships orchestration scripts for retry. Use a predefined retry template and run a retry campaign, or build a custom one keyed to the error codes you see. MoreOTA parses those codes; you can also look them up in the free PoR tool on this site. Blindly resending the same packet is rarely the fix.
